bragging rights #1: summer catch-up

22 Sep

We here at the NEOMFA are very proud of our students and faculty for their accomplishments. Since this blog completely missed the summer, here are some of the highlights:

Fiction professor Robert Pope had a story published in the Kenyon Review Summer 2011 issue.

A poem by graduate Virginia Konchan was selected for the 2011 Best New Poets.

Student Nick Sturm’s poems appeared in Dark Sky Magazine, Ink Node, and Dinosaur Bees.

Graduates Elena Tomorowitz and Tara Kaloz had poetry and fiction (respectively) up at Red Lightbulbs.

Student Chris Smith’s poems appeared in Umbrella Factory.

If your work has been published and you’d like us to brag about it, contact us here.
